At Helix Camera, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your gear, you can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare Your Gear
Pack the item securely in its original manufacturer packaging, including all manuals, cables, accessories, and warranty cards to ensure a full refund.
Ship the Package
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label or your own trackable shipping method to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the condition of the equipment, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
